game loads first orange screen then starts next screen and crashes. Tried their generic fixes and don’t work. How do I backup game to King and try deleting and reinstalling? Help! Are there real people with this company ? How do you chat?
for two days my game keeps disappearing from my screen within a minute. I was attempting to buy gold bars when this started. I updated my phone and turned it off and on. Have the latest version of the game. Very frustrating. Now what?
