Lynette kindly sent me a link to some videos as I was unable to complete the Treat your Pets section for the Petopia awards. I could move the pets and initiate the activities, but this was not recorded in the awards section. I've completed the rest of the challenges for Section 4, but I am unable to move to Section 5…

Could someone please explain how to complete the Support your Pets' Cravings section of the challenges? Thanks.

Others have had the same issue - see Support section. As yet, there's been no satisfactory response.

Same issue here! I've also won the weekly contest which is recorded as ended. However, I've not received the winner's prize and there isn't a new weekly contest. Please could you look into this?

Thanks for your reply. I contacted player support on 26 Oct - there is a long strand of messages between various moderators and me on this site. My game disappeared a couple of weeks before this. I managed to restore it as it was saved to email a couple of days later, but Bonnie never returned to the game.

I left this for a few days in the hope that the Bonnie's boosters would be restored to my game, but no luck. Could you please confirm that this feature is missing permanently, as it's not worth playing without it? Thanks.
