You’re lucky, I’m down to only 1 device that will actually connect to Petopia and it’s an average of 4-5 minutes to log on, proceed to the next level or whenever clicking on the white X 😡

None of your tips work Snow Rider…..face it, no one there at King has a clue how to fix the freezing in Petropia…..sooo, end the stupid Petropia and go back to the regular game that ACTUALLY WORKS!

Speaking of rainbows…..I wish to say special “Thanks” to the code writers who created my cute little rainbow bear. He’s so very cute and helpful when playing Pet Rescue Saga. Love my little rainbow bear ❤️

it’s now June 2026 and Petopia is STILL glitching and freezing up 😡 Enough is Enough King…..you obviously can’t seem to fix it yet you insist on forcing us to play is soooooo shove it where the sun doesn’t shine…..I’m done!!!

Dude….go find the coders that write Candy Crush Saga….they seem to know how to code a game flawlessly 😏

Apparently the coders don’t know how to fix it….and as you’ve prprobably figured out, whenever Petopia is up….whenever you click on ‘Play’, ‘Next’ or ‘X’ (top right corner) the game will freeze and if you’re very lucky, come back on 15-20 minutes later!

It does not matter what platform you play on, Petopia freezes up like that on all of them, the problem is with your server, the way the code is written or both! I’ve used a iPhone 10xr, iPhone 13, iPad mini 5, iPad 4 and desktop running windows 10 and none are able to login to PRS when Petopia is running!
