It does not matter what platform you play on, Petopia freezes up like that on all of them, the problem is with your server, the way the code is written or both! I’ve used a iPhone 10xr, iPhone 13, iPad mini 5, iPad 4 and desktop running windows 10 and none are able to login to PRS when Petopia is running!

I wake up in the morning, grab my tablet and open the PRS app. Once I click on PLAY, I can go make a pot of coffee, then go take my shower, brush my teeth and get dressed….all before the game opens

None of this works but I did manage, after 14 days without being able to log into PRS, manage to actually play a couple levels today…..20 minutes, that’s the key 😡 It takes 20 minutes to log into the app and 20 minutes to switch to the next level. omg I think I may need to get professional counseling over the fact that…after waking up to Pet Rescue Saga first thing every morning for over the past 10 years, I am no longer able to log in and play cuz Petopia has completely ruined PRS forever 😡

Been 10 days since I was last able to get one of my various devices to actually log into Pet Rescue Saga…..Looks like after 10+ years of playing and 9,500+ levels passed I’m done playing this game! Well at least Candy Crush still works!

Hire the team that codes Candy Crush, they apparently know how to code a game that we can play without freezing up!
