Hello! I have checked your details and the only account I find shows level 26. I think you must have two accounts somehow. I cannot find your account with your higher level. What I can do is add the missing levels to this account? Let me know if you would like this :-)

I have found two accounts One shows level 81 and the other account shows level 313. So the accounts are different, is it possible you are Kingdom connected with one and Facebook connected to the other? @indykris did you lose your levels too, or only the progress to your house? Is this the first time you had connected to back up your game?

Thanks @Laura @Janice sounds silly but is it possible that you have been logged out of your account? Are you usually logged into Kingdom or Facebook? It could be that you actually have both accounts. Thanks @Elsa! @R Guna in our system the account linked to your King Care profile shows level 2138. I think it is likely that you are playing connected to different accounts. Do you perhaps have Kingdom logged in on one profile or more than one Facebook account?

@Chicken Slayer thanks for passing this on to me @Nonhlanhla please can you create either a Kingdom or Facebook account now please, and let us know when you have done this. I will need access to your account to restore the levels but as Chicken Slayer said it is really important to save your progress :-)
