I am sorry but is it the messagebox in the game itself because there is no message there or where do i find the inbox message Hi- If you open King Care on a desktop on the top right hand corner next to "Log out" there should be a white envelope. :-)

Same problem here. I have windows 10. I have tried using firefox, chrome and internet explorer and all 3 are doing it. Thanks janste1!

Same problem. Windows 10, tried multiple browsers, does the same on all. Seems to be happening since the latest flash update Thanks Shelli.

Tcat007 is correct. I will add this though, if playing via Windows 10 you must use Facebook and not the Candy Crush app. @Victor- Does the app not work well for you at all?
