Hey Matt! Have you recently been abroad or changed the time on your phone? Set the time with your network settings so that the time and region is correct and then restart your phone. That should do the trick. 

I think this error appears when you try to select a "pre game Booster". For the time being only use Boosters while you are in the game. I am sure that this problem will be resolved shortly. 

I had a similar problem a while back (the issue resolved itself), however I did notice that if I played the game in my mobile the tickets and gifts from my friends were there. Are you able to test it in a mobile/tablet in the meantime until the problem is fixed? 

I think this is a sync error code. I found this info online on how to resolve this: Open Sync Center by clicking the Start button , clicking All Programs, clicking Accessories, and then clicking Sync Center. Hey Diana. I had the same problem too. For the time being don't select a pre game Booster and the level will work fine. I am sure there will be an update to resolve this problem shortly.

Do you have a strong wifi signal? When you try again does the problem persist?
