Any Boosters that you bought you can restore if anything goes wrong. Simply go to the settings and then select "restore purchases" there is not a time limit with the free lives and Boosters that you collect, but I do believe that it is advised not to save loads of them when the server refreshes problems can arise. Are these Boosters that you purchased? If so, then good news :) Simply click on settings and then "restore purchases" and you should find them all again.
