Have you completed more levels in Dreamworld than than the regular world? You need to be on the same level as the normal world or less, if not then you would need to complete more regular levels before you could continue in the Dreamy quest. There are a total of 665 levels that you can play in Dreamworld :) 

I am not sure which Booster that is, could you upload a screenshot of it so that we can take a look? The site has loads of information about the different Boosters in Candy Crush.. does it look like any of these? http://thecandycrush.com/candy-crush-boosters/

When a new Booster is introduced there is often at least one free one so that you can see how it works yes :) 

Hey Mnonh, If you have the Facebook app installed make sure you select the option to stay logged in. This should then reflect with your games saving you having to log in again and again. :) 

If these are Boosters that you have paid for if you go to the settings option you can click on "restore purchases" you should then see your items again :) 

Certain levels will be on the "sugar track" you can spot these on the map because they have a little "c" on them. You can then collect the special "c" candies to earn prizes. Great, isn't it? :D
