why candy crush not contonuing in loading?

notcontinue in loading its only 5% thats why i cant play candy crush saga on my facebook..i miss to play candy crush saga

I have the same problem and tried troubleshooting using the tips given here but still not working. My brother uses a different Internet connection and he is able to play. BTW, I am using the same internet connection and able to connect using my phone and play candy crush. However, I prefer to play on my laptop. FIX IT PLEASEEEEEEEEEE!

Same here, since the new levels were released Wednesday. I've tried everything in the above advice, many times over. What is going on?

your video is very helpful and had a clear instructions on how to do it, but sad to say that I had followed the same still no changes in my loading problems

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
