No because the previous chocolate box item was collecting blue candies and that completed two levels into the troll event. I remember the orange candies because the first offering was to use a lollipop hammer which I passed on.

I posted this late, I'm not as gung ho out to get my missing prizes as some people. Meaning I'll encounter the bug on Monday, but it's not until Friday that I'll get around to bringing it up.

So, like, the event started for me, I got through a couple of the popup levels, got a few prizes, and then it vanished on me. What's up with that?

@UncleBob2 I appreciate the thought but the situation is such that if you don't get 75% of the board done with 50% of your moves, you're not going to make it period. As is, I'm lucky to get 25% of the board done with 75% of my moves and that's a losing proposition. I see no reason to waste any hammers or extra moves on an…

@Yosca I get an email when using that which basically informs me that a bot has acknowledged that the email was received by the system and the ticket has now been closed. Or as we computer experts like to say, "nobody home".

@MountainMom I've got enough hammers where I could just hammer my way to victory if I wanted without making a move, but that would defeat the point of playing. 🤣

@MountainMom It was the update that did me in, the Candy Crush Soda update reset me there, killing my 700+ day streak of logging in.
