The blue bubbles are what causes you to lose extra turns. Use those as early as possible and they won't burst causing the loss of additional turns. I tried about 30 times to pass this level and then happened to look at the bubbles when I got to the 16th turn and discovered this. I was able to pass it in 3 turns after this…
