I replayed it many times but once you finish a loop and start a new loop without playing any of its levels (Being at 0/60), how much time do you have in order to start playing the new loop.

Finished four loops but for some reason I was offered to do a fifth loop (Fourth Replay). Is this also normal? Now also got the gold chest rewards as expected that has no timed boosts.

So this event will be played for one bronze chest, one silver and two gold chests. Right? Finished two loops currently. Got that event but only after finishing a whole episode

Things go as expected. Played for a couple of days and my leaderboard is as this for the top positions. Still in the 1st place as yesterday. I'm competing against 100 players.

Noticed that too yesterday but later in the afternoon the labels for hard levels have been almost vanished

For me, the Factory Frenzy I got today is an alternate version found a year ago but I've seen it for first time ever. Also, on my phone, I have lost almost all hard level pins, making some episodes with no hard level pins at all (And as a consequence, the Hard Level kit)
