I wondered the same thing, but we have different versions of kindles and different software levels. I haven't had a software upgrade since August. So I can't believe it's Amazon.

I also am having issues with the app store. I have done EVERYTHING mentioned, and it is still not working. I even uninstalled the game and reinstalled it - LOSING 200 LIVES in the process. What's up?
