Ik exactly what you mean and I don't get why people even spend money on this game. It's so simple to complete any level with 3 stars, and on the first try.

You have to contact member of the King team. That's what I did and I got the rewards

I’ve completed all of the levels. I did update my game but there’s no new levels added. The only thing that is new is the theme.

What do they gold crowns mean/ I think it's something about winning on the fort try, but there are different versions of the crowns look at the screen shot below and you'll see what I mean.
