I think most of the game cater for most but if you check the site then you have to be 13 and older to play the game. I noticed this so thought I would just let you know as I'm not sure how old your son is obviously :)

Can you out clear out the cache for the app? I would also make sure that you have sufficient free memory so that the app can run smoothly. See if these help you.

How did you save your levels in Candy? Just re-connect to whichever platform you saved with. If it was Facebook then login to the facebook app and connect or go into the app settings to find the Kingdom button. This will restore your game.

You should have version 1.61.9 from the app store. There are a few more episodes available so check that this is the version of the app that you have.

Can you post up a screenshot of this for us to see. Do you mean that you cannot see any more levels after 1110?

It's not possible to save lives. The same with boosters. Your lives recharge for free anyway so losing 6 lives is not so much. You're thinking of deleting the game I guess?

I'm not too sure what to suggest if you see that on all 3 devices. Have you seen it on any other level? Maybe this will help, a video where you can see what the orders are. Maybe its only this level that is affected: https://www.youtube.com/watch…

So the pop-up at the end of the level says you have passed? What happens then? If you explain or post a screenshot of that end of level screen maybe I can help

Do you mean where the game suggests moves that you can make? I don't really notice them until I really need to make that move if that makes sense.

Enjoy the free progress! haha. I'm not sure, maybe disconnect and then connect to Kingdom instead (the little orange icon) or just scroll bacwkards and play from there.

I'm not sure what will have caused that, I've never checked mine personally. Have you tried again since, maybe it was a one off?

Try removing the game from facebook and adding it again. This won't affect your levels :) Just go to the game menu on the left and click on the cog. Clear out your broswer cache in the middle and then re-add the game.

This could be another random test, like the promotions. I don't have the option either so you're not alone.

I think you're just gonna have to update your mobile if you wanna keep on playing. It's not possible to get older versions of the game. The updates contain the new levels so its not possible to go backwards.
