I read on here previously that signing out and back into Facebook/Kingdom is the resolution to this so give it a try.

Not every player is able to play the promotions. I've noticed this after several years of playing. They go out to random groups of players. For example, I didn't get some of the bubblegum hill challenges, but I have the new ones now...

If you delete the app you will lose boosters. Read about it here: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/boosters-messages-842482091 Have you checked that you're connected to Facebook to get help from friends etc?

If you have passed the level then honestly, move on. The levels are updated all of the time so it's possible that King have changed this one. It's probably do-able but if you have passed it, don't spend money on it!

It sounds like you need to update the application. This is the message that you get when there are no more levels to play but there are over 1000 so you should see more. Head to the app store and update the game :)

Boosters don't transfer between devices. You can read about it here: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/boosters-messages Regarding the levels, if they didn't save then you will have to play them again, it's not the best news I know but it happens to us all.
