If you can't access any of your accounts then this isn't something the site or community can help with. You will have to get access first, find out your correct log in details etc.

It does I'm afraid. Your progress can only be saved to one Facebook account and it cannot be transferred. You can do it on mobile via Kingdom but not on Facebook :(

The unlimited lives clock runs continuously from the moment you get them. In other words they will still countdown even when you close the app or go away from the game :)

The only real way to find this out is to click on the booster you want to buy and then in the pop up you will see how many gold bars it costs. You can normally only buy them in sets though rather than individually.

I see that the level has been updated. It has 20 moves when I passed it. The number of moves shouldn't matter as they will have changed it so it can be done. It's just gonna be more challenging!

I have seen other posts about the challenges and from what I've read, because the promo is free, then there's nothing back for the free rewards as you can easily just play again for free :)

It sounds like your game has connected to the Kingdom (where you get a game icon profile photo). Check in the settings and see if you need to connect to Facebook again to get your photo back.

I saw another post about this and the player didnt have the latest version of the app, so check this first and see if it solves the issue.

Hey Sue. Check that your mobile memory is not full up. Check also that you don't have a lot of apps open. It its more than one game that is affected it could be your mobile that is having problems with loading.

If this is happening it will generally be your mobile that is the issue. Try a few different things like checking the memory space that you have available, check how many other apps you have open. Maybe even a restart will help :)

I would check that it's not your tablet first. Restart it first, to see if that helps. Check that your memory and Ram are not both full up as this will affect how the app runs well :)

Are you playing on Facebook or mobile. If you're on mobile then maybe you just need to re-connect to Facebook/Kingdom for it to show up but if you're on Facebook I'm not sure. Maybe try deleting the game (click on the cog in the menu on the left) …
