If you have got what you paid for then I don't really think there is much you can complain about. Yes, it's a shame they didn't arrive when you needed them but you still have the items to use. You can't get a refund if you received something.

I think from what I recall you need to log out of everything and also restart the device to clear the cache inbetween. Check out how long it takes as I think it's 10 minutes before you turn it back on. Try this.

If you have come this far into the game then you will have hit some difficult levels before. I'm sure it's only a question of time before you pass it so don't get so frustrated. Take a step back.

It's a little late now but normally king run their promotions and only add them to a certain number of players games. So it might be that it's on your one profile but not on the other. This is quite normal.

What account is it, Facebook or Kingdom. If it's Facebook make sure you are logged in to the right account in the Facebook app. If it's Kingdom then just log out in the settings and log back in using the correct email.

If you're playing on Facebook then there is no other way for someone to appear in the game other than if they are in your friends list. Or are you playing on mobile maybe, or connected to Kingdom? Let me know.
