Normally if a level is updated on Facebook then it can take a while for the update to reach mobiles. The same way in which the level updates are. Maybe this was the case with 1779.

It's a shame about the jackpot, I guess you always get to spin again tomorrow :) I don't think it's a case if your envelope not working just that it's empty. If its greyed out then that means you have no messages right now.

There is no guarantee that you will get the quests. I've been playing for a long time and from what I understand the promotions don't go out to every player so there is a chance that you won't see every promotion.

This has always been part of the game. There are other ways to progress, with gold bars, asking friends etc so you have the options to continue if you wish :)

If you have passed the level then there should be no concern about your star score. You can continue with the game so in my eyes there's no issue. Well, if there is then I'm sure they have bigger issues to work on.
