Hey, can you post a link to this video? I haven't got this far yet so I'm curious to see, I couldn't see any videos with purple candies in the level.

What level were you on? Did you connect to facebook previously to save your progress, or did you connect with Kindgom. Make sure that you're logged into facebook on your mobile as well :)

It sounds like there was an issue right. I mean, it sounds like they just removed it for some reason, maybe there was an issue with it. I guess we'll find out next week if they bring it back.

There are a lot of promotions that are mobile only. In Soda and in Candy Crush etc. I think it's just how King have designed them. There's not much you can do I'm afraid.

I think it might be because the levels you are playing on Facebook are not available on mobile yet. The levels always get released on Facebook first and then a few weeks later mobile so it could be this no?

There's not much else you can do. When you say that the window is too big, what do you mean? Can you use the zoom function in your browser to be able to see the full window?

It's like you said, it's the luck of the drawer. King don't seem to add the promotions to every players game. Keep your fingers crossed you get the next one!

If you don't see the promotions it's because it hasn't been added to your game on this occasion. This is a common thing with King promotions. They only get added to a certain percentage of players games each time they are released.
