  • I've seen a few posts about this so maybe there is an issue. It's a shame buy there isn't much you can do really. It doesn't affect your normal game so you can carry on playing at least!

  • Have you followed the recommended steps in the King video. They have helped me previously so give them a go: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/lost-your-connection-to-facebook-android 
  • Open up the game in another browser and see what the timer says there. The only other thing I can think to try is to remove the game from Facebook and add it again :)

  • How many times did you try this? The only thing I can recommend is to make sure you have the latest version of the app so the levels are up to date. I hope you've passed it by now!
  • Not every player had the promotion so just keep your fingers crossed that you get it the next time :)
