First I'm not sure that Blossom is on Kindles yet, I've only ever seen it on iOS and android. Can you explain why Blossom isn't working. I mean, is it loading, does it run slow, whats happening with it?

Check how full your phone memory is, the ram and the storage. If both are full or you have a lot of apps open then this will cause an app to crash as it cannot run smoothly. Clear some space and close some apps if necessary.

Is this an in-game message or something that pops up from Facebook? Post up a screenshot if you can, maybe I can give you some pointers if I can see the error message.

I guess you're trying to unlock the roadblock right? If it's not working on Facebook then go to King.com, synchronize your game there (in the settings menu) and then try and unlock the roadblock there. It will sync up with Facebook afterwards then.

I've noticed this if you go back to a certain level. I think it's just part of the game design for now. Maybe they will change it in the future!

It just sounds like your friend is playing on facebook. The levels are always ahead on Facebook, I think there's only around 1240 on mobile right now.

It could just be that the connection to the store is unavailable temporarily. Try switching to mobile data and see what happens then.

It's always a risk doing this as it all depends on the device. This isn't dependent on the game as its not part of the design. It's easier just to finish the level no? It's only a few minutes.

It depends what you're playing on. If you let us know if it's facebook or on a mobile then i'll give you some tips to help get the game loading properly :)

If the app is crashing then look at troubleshooting your tablet. Restart it first, then try the app. Clear out some space in the memory and free up some ram. Also make sure that when you are playing that you don't have a load of apps open.

It could be your tablet Steve. There's no issues with the app loading for me. Restart your tablet, free up some ram, try and load the game again :)

If you're playing on tablet then I just recommend downloading the app if you're playing via facebook like I think you're saying? I'm not quite sure so let me know a bit more about what you're trying to do.

Did the game not recognize the win, or are there no more levels showing on the map? Try and give us some more information so that we can try and help you out.

Mine worked fine, just like here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kCk6aGSD4PQ Maybe just exit out of the app, close it, restart it. I'm not sure why it wouldn't recognize the move.

If you didn't save your progress with facebook/kingdom then I don't think there is much you can do. I'm sorry to say it :(
