The options appear in the pop up. You can ask friends for help and wait to receive the tickets, or you can use your gold bars to pass. On Facebook, that's the only 2 options.

I haven't seen anything yet Toni. No promotions or events, only to be able to buy them in the game. Lets keep our fingers crossed that we get something soon!

Try clearing the cache for your google play after. It might be that the transaction history needs clearing.

Log out and back into Facebook. I've seen a lot of comments saying that this makes the rewards register in the game.

Try it in another browser? Or you have 2 other options, use gold bars or ask friends for tickets, then you can continue :)

If you go to the app settings on the home screen (bottom left corner) then in the green cog menu you will see a button for restore purchases. Tap this and it should work :)

Do you have the latest game update from the app store? There are something like 1700+ levels so you should see a lot more! Or is it that you are stuck at the roadblock? Let me know :)

which 'tutorial'? I haven't seen any official tutorials. The level is quite new so it has probably been updated. My game has the 2 popcorn, 74 blocks & 30 licorice to clear in 36 moves so I guess this is the new version.

This looks like it's a windows error code so not something to do with the game. Try checking their support sites. I would also recommend installing the app on the internal memory and not on the SD card :)
