What exactly have you tried? Try this... go to the Facebook app, go to settings and apps then find Soda. Tap on the icon and it should switch to the game app and sync from there.

If you're playing on mobile then just delete the app and add it again but don't connect to Facebook or anything. Then if you want to save your game create a new Kingdom account with a different email.

Boosters don't transfer between devices, you can read about this here: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/boosters-messages Regarding the challenges, the majority of these seem to be mobile based these days. I haven't seen many on PC for a long time.

I think you're better off saving with Kingdom and not Facebook. Your boosters won't transfer either way but trust me its easier to transfer progress with Kingdom. Open the app, tap the settings (bottom left) and click on the little orange icon. Here you can input a nickname, email and password and that's your game saved.…

I haven't seen any news on level updates on this site. I think you will just have to sit tight and wait as the windows version has been behind for a while now sorry!

Lucky you, haha. I would clear your cache, log out of the game (facebook/kingdom) and restart. Try some things to clear it out of the memory. If worst comes to worst you will just have to scroll back to your last level.
