Just to make sure, you're logged into the right FB account? I really can't think what could be stopping it from synchronizing. How about wifi, is connection strong? or maybe try with 3g or something.

It could be a memory issue. If your iPad is full or all of the ram is being used then it can cause the game to crash. Restart your tablet to clear the memory cache, make some speak by deleting stuff if you have too.

I know that the prizes changed recently so you only get boosters and maybe unlimited lives now. Did you get anything at all? You can go back in and play again I guess if you were knocked off of the throne.

These 2 boosters don't appear in the little pop up screen before the level, remember that. These boosters are in the game screen and can only be used on certain levels. This might be why you don't see them :)
