The promotions, tournaments, events etc are not added to all players games. There's normally a split so that some players get it and some don't. It's probably just that it hasn't been added to your game this time around.

Is it on a second game board on another screen (sorry, I haven't seen the level to know) I know this happens in other levels. I would troubleshoot your mobile, try the level again and see what happens. Use the tips here: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/loading-crashing-issues-ios

I did and then I switched browsers (to microsoft edge) and the game brought up my levels and everything on Facebook. Try it!

It depends what device you're playing on. I haven't seen the option on Facebook but on mobile you should be able to connect to the Kingdom in the settings section of the app and then the Kingdom players will appear.

I've seen this issue, but I'm not sure what can be done. Hopefully it will be addressed soon so you can carry on playing. Have you tried it on mobile, maybe its different there?

It's not open at the moment, the last level 1760. I'm guessing they will open in soon, maybe a week or so as the latest episode hasn't been open for long.
