  • I think it might be an issue with the messages not getting through. Normally if the message box is grey is means you don't have any messages in the game. Check out this thread. It explains a little about messages and how sometimes they don't get delivered...…

  • There is no 72 hour countdown on Facebook, it's only on mobile. On Facebook you can use gold bars or ask friends, thats the 2 options available to you :)

  • Caps Lock! If the game is freezing, then isn't loading as it should... am I right? Did you follow any of the steps that were recommended? It's your loss if you don't as they have helped me in the past and they will help keep your browser running smoothly to prevent this 'freezing' that you speak of. Ps. your lives refresh…

  • This can happen to your boosters, read about it here: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/boosters-messages For your progress, it could just be that you have lost your connection to Facebook/Kingdom as your game is saved here, so check this. Log back in, or out and in and it will recognise your progress.

  • Which achievements are you looking to save, the Kingdom ones? I've checked and in Candy it's not possible to connect to both in sync. You can connect separately but the achievements won't sync as they are not on Facebook.
