I think if you just disconnect from Facebook in the app, then your game should return to normal. It's because you have never played on Facebook so the game is recognizing that you haven't played any levels.

Once the progress is saved I'm not sure there is a way to remove it. I have seen a few comments saying to log out from Facebook and restart to clear the cache, then log back so maybe try this, see if it works for you.

This can happen if you change the time on your device so you just have to adjust it back until the roadblock shows the proper time. If this doesn't work then clearing out your cache for the game should also reset the timer.

Try this. Go here: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications and go to Jelly and click on the pencil. Make sure that you have given the app all of the correct permissions and now it should work :)

If you have an 'unresponsive plug in' error then this is browser related. https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/cant-get-your-games-to-load-on-facebook-check-this-out Follow the steps in this thread and your game should work as normal then. It could be a flash related issue so it's working checking out that for sure.

Hmm, try completing the steps from this thread and then try the level. Come back and let me know if it worked!

Check out this thread. The moderators have posted about it and there's an alternative URL to use to play the game: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-soda-saga/candy-crush-soda-is-flashing-black-screen

If you have tried logging out and back into your game then there isn't much else you can. The app is designed to save the highest level from Facebook, so once registered I don't think its really possible to change it.

Apparently the calendar isn't working and it will be removed soon so there is no way to get those rewards sorry!

It might be that you need to give the app permission to see your friends list. Go here: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications Then click on the little pencil and you can edit the settings to give the app permission again.
