Hey Peter, are you saying that your levels have disappeared on Facebook as well? Try deleting the game in the menu on the left and add it again, see if this works. I've never seen a case of lost levels on Facebook before.

You need to give the app permission to access your friends list. If you didn't when you first played the game then delete the app from Facebook and add it again (your progress will be saved).

The new levels are only on Facebook, you will need to wait for a new update. In Candy the levels are always ahead on Facebook :)

So when you log into Facebook on computer, your levels don't show up? If the levels are there then it should be fine to transfer them by just logging in top the Facebook app on your new phone and connecting your game, but if the levels are missing on Facebook I'm not sure what you can do. Did you ever connect with Kingdom?

If you log out of your facebook in the candy crush app and the facebook app and restart the tablet (this is important to clear the memory) then log back into your mothers account in both again, this should work. Try it :)

Try logging out and back into Kingdom or Facebook, whichever you use to save the game. If it doesn't work then maybe create a Kingdom account and ask for help. It will be a lot quicker I promise you.

You only need to head to the app store and download the latest update. I think there's about 300 levels right now :)

I've seen this happen. Levels can be different from time to time or it could be that the level has been updated on Facebook but the update hasn't been added to mobile yet. I haven't got this far, I wish you the best of luck!
