Candy crush saga

Hi, I have on my Samsung tablet logged in to my mother her Facebook account. She was stuck on Level 150 at Candy Crush Sage. After I had done this, and they, in turn, she was all of a sudden, when login in went on Level 529, this Level was mine, a whole different account. I get for no possibility the Level put back. I have the game ever picked up at her and again set up but nothing help. How do I get her back again to Level 150, because in this way it is not nice to play them no further. Also it has a Samsung. If you log out of your facebook in the candy crush app and the facebook app and restart the tablet (this is important to clear the memory) then log back into your mothers account in both again, this should work. Try it

Now I have a problem in the games via computer. Mobile and iPhone I try to log in via Safari via e-mail can not be accessed . Help solve this problem for me . I encountered this problem a long time ago .

Hey,Thanks for your ANSWERI followed your advice, but unfortunately it has not worked , my mother just stays on level 530 . I've already thrown off him, but yes if you reinsert it again deliberately then you just come back in 530 level again .She now goes simply , while at level 530 stands , but play itself back from level 150 .Renate mtvrgr

I had logged in my account in new device the old levels are not visible.My level is 846 but in new device its showing level 11 I need to solve this problem, give me solution.

Candy royal
Still waiting for candy royal competition. This is day 5 whitout getting it. Can you developers do something about this. Im only at level 1300 ish and my old account i got it daily now I get it once a week. And it make it hard to advance whit no goldbars. So please do something to fix it.

How can I be in a group with someone who has only played just over 300 games and compete when I am over 11k in levels? How can their style be similar to mine? This is just a money making racquet otherwise we’d compete against people on similar levels. Someone must explain this and with LOGIC!!
Level 11297
this level opens and immediately says you lost the level with zero moves made. I believe there’s a glitch in this level. It’s been happening for two days.
