I've seen a few posts about this. I don't think there is much you can. Sign out and back into Facebook, see if it prompts them to appear?

I guess the answer is to stop buying extra moves right now... There is obviously an issue so wait for a game update and just play without extra moves for now.

How many times did you try the level Herman? Have you been able to pass it? What were the requirements at the beginning?

He could have just been a lot further behind in the game. That way by always playing the new levels they would have got 10 fish instead of just 1. Makes sense no.

Log out and log back into Facebook/Kingdom. I've seen a couple of comments saying that when players did this then their prizes appeared. Hopefully this works. If not, I don't think there is much you can do as King don't compensate for these free prizes.

Whats the problem with the level, is it just challenging or is there a glitch or tech issue? Let me know, maybe someone here can help but it depends what the issue is.

How do you normally save your game? If it's with Facebook then you should just need to make the connection for it to show the right level. Follow the steps here: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/lost-your-connection-to-facebook-android Let me know how you get on :)

Your progress will be safe if you have linked it with Facebook or Kingdom. The only thing that you will lose if you uninstall is your boosters. The only other thing I can think to try is to sign out and sign back into your apple account. See if this refreshes the transaction history.
