I'm sorry to say it but if you have played over 500 levels and you have never saved your progress then you only have yourself to blame. There are 2 platforms in the game to save with, Facebook & Kingdom and its pretty easy. It's not possible to recover your levels but if you go to the settings and there you can restore…

I don't understand your post sorry. If your game is synchronized with Facebook via 1 email then don't worry about the other 2, you can leave them. Or are you saying that your levels are saved under a different email?

Going from some of the comments on here this seems to be affecting a lot of players. I would follow the steps in the Android help thread and maybe refrain from purchasing extra moves right now. https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/loading-crashing-issues-android

If you're on King.com then your levels should not disappear. I've never heard of this happening. You're sure you are logged into the right account?
