You need to use all of the moves not let any of the bombs count down after hitting the target score. This is the only way to finish these kind of levels. Try it and use every move. It should progress then.

That's strange, but at least it didn't stop you from passing the level. I haven't seen this happen in my game but i'll keep an eye out for it.

I've seen a few comments saying that disconnecting and reconnecting to Facebook works so try that. I know from reading this thread that boosters are not compensated for so if you can't see them there is not too much you can do sorry: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/boosters-messages

When it ends the game the pop up that appears will tell you why you didn't pass the level, pay attention to this and you will understand why you didn't pass it :)

This happens if you change the time on the device or something like this. You need to change it back until it resets. If the game isn't installed then I would say you need check this issue on the itunes site. Do you get an error message? Maybe post that up on their site, see what they say. Or post it here if you want :)
