The game recognises whichever Facebook account is logged in on the mobile. Just go to your Facebook app and make sure that you are logged into the right account. Then go back to Candy and log out and in again. This should return things to normal.

Does it show the 3 in the roadblock, or only that 2 have helped so far? Maybe the 3rd didn't get through. There is a thread about the roadblocks issues here, have a read: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/roadblocks-659693352

This would be something to do with Facebook and the permissions. I would check their support section to see what you can find. Maybe check in the apps section to see what permissions Candy Crush has specifically.

If you open up the app and check in the settings, there should be an option to log out or disconnect from Facebook, this should return your game to normal. Then if you have the option, connect your game to Kingdom (the orange icon) and this will save your levels instead.

Facebook is only designed to save your progress in the game so the only way to start again is to set up another account on Facebook, just for games maybe? :)

This sounds like a browser or PC issue to me, rather than a game issue. Can you post up a screenshot? Maybe try a different browser and see what happens.
