Surely you can just ask them no? Or go to the map in the game and find them there. See what level they are on and see there score from there :)

You need to say why you can't access it. Is there a roadblock issue or an error message that appears? Is the level open for you? Let us know :)

This is just part of the game design. It's different in each King game and in Candy Crush there is no option to search for specific friends.

Hey Peggy. I'm not sure what you mean by free play in the game, can you explain? For the packages, maybe there was a temp issue with this, have you tried since. Do you have the latest app update?

I've seen comments saying that they will appear if you log out and log back into Facebook or Kingdom, whichever one you are synchronized with in the game. Try this and see if they appear.
