It's not a glitch, the level has just been updated. The level is still passable of course because the strategy is different. You can do it, just take your time with it.

The game is linked to your facebook I'm guessing? Maybe you're logged into a different Facebook account and need to log into yours in the app. Or if its a Kingdom account then do the same, log out and login to the correct account.

Normally you just have to reach it on the map and tap it to open it. Did you try this? What does your map screen show, does it allow you to see the next level?

The lives are only for the normal game because the promotion only runs for a limited time. Check in your normal game and you should see them!

If reinstalling didn't help then it could be your computer. I can only say to check out some things like how much memory you have free, clean it up a little, see if that helps you.

It's a promotion in the game, so not everyone has it. My friend where I work doesn't have it either. It's a shame but just keep your fingers crossed that you will get it the next time.
