Are you talking about the daily bonus or a promotion in the game, I'm not quite sure. If you're on a mobile, try logging in and out of facebook/kingdom to see if this helps.

Think about the players who don't get Bubblegum Hill and all of the other promotions week in, week out... Maybe don't pass all the levels on day one, haha. Space them out a little so the game lasts longer.

Once the game has been linked to a Facebook account, because it reads the progress, it can't be unlinked. The app is designed to save the progress it is linked with so it won't lose it again afterwards. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news!

Its definitely one of the most challenging King games, but it's worth it when you finally beat the queen! Stick at it and you'll get there. I'm currently stuck in Blossom Blast but I'm not giving up!

I know for a fact there are over 1600 levels so you should see more. Check the app store on both to see if updates are available. Make sure you have space to download them as well.

It's not on mobile anymore I guess. Where did you see that it's available?

If the pop up at the end of the level says you have failed then you must be doing something to lose the pets. Reference it with a youtube video of the level or something, compare what happens in your game to see if something is up.

Try disconnecting and reconnecting to whichever platform you save with (kingdom/facebook) and see if they appear then.
