If I had a penny for every time I saw this question, haha. There is nothing you can do. If the app closed it could be related to your tablet, it's not something you can blame King for really. You will just have to play the level again.

If it makes some levels easier then it's a good thing right. It's just the balance of it. Not everyone has it so maybe they will change it for us all or change it back at some point.

Not every player has this promotion, that's just how it has been designed. Some players get it and some don't. Seems to be the same for most promotions on mobile.

Once the game has synchronized with Facebook its not possible to reverse, you should always make sure that you log out of your Facebook account in order to avoid synchronising with the wrong Facebook account. Facebook saves whatever level is highest, so it will only show 930 now sorry.
