If the game crashed and then you closed the window and it didn't recognise the win then there isn't much you can do apart from go back and play the level again. There's no other way to progress other than to pass it and have the game recognise it.

Check your connection to facebook/kingdom. Try disconnecting and reconnecting again to see if that brings your prizes/lives. There is a thread here about sending lives that might help: https://care.king.com/en/papa-pear-saga/i-m-not-receiving-my-messages-lives-from-friends

I know that on Facebook your inbox is only available the first time you play so if you refresh or leave the game then you won't be able to select any lives etc from the inbox.

Hey Rene, are you sure you have the right level there (114) There are well over a 1000 levels in the game. Are you stuck at a roadblock or something. If you're playing on Facebook then you should see a lot more levels.

I haven't seen this 'secret cave' promotion before.. what is it? Can you post up a screenshot, I'm curious to see what it is.

Most of the newer games have been mobile only so I guess that's just the direction the games are going in maybe.

Not every player has it so it could be that your one profile has it and the other one doesn't. I think it would be a bit unfair if you go to play it on both if that makes sense.

Just a little glitch I guess. I'm sure if you refreshed it wouldn't happen again. You've already passed the level so I wouldn't be too bothered by it.

The game is totally free Aniko. You only have to pay for gold if you want. I know some players who are on the latest levels and they haven't ever paid for anything. Where is the game asking you to pay? You have to pay gold bars for boosters and lives but these are not essential. Let me know where its saying you need to pay…
