There's not much else you can do. When you say that the window is too big, what do you mean? Can you use the zoom function in your browser to be able to see the full window?

It's like you said, it's the luck of the drawer. King don't seem to add the promotions to every players game. Keep your fingers crossed you get the next one!

If you don't see the promotions it's because it hasn't been added to your game on this occasion. This is a common thing with King promotions. They only get added to a certain percentage of players games each time they are released. 

Have you tried to connect just using mobile data, not the internet. Give this a try to see if you can connect. 

I haven't seen any issue with this level before. You're matching 2 striped candies next to each other right. Maybe check out a few videos to make sure that you are playing the level correct. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c5NuEizZyX4
