If you got the unlimited lives then just play again to earn more rewards. It's a free promo and from what I've seen there's no compensation for this.

Hey John, if your game is freezing I think it's probably better to look at your computer/laptop first. I'd say 99% of the time unless King announce it, then it's a computer issue. If you check the pop-up message at the end of the level it will tell you why you didn't pass. It could be an ingredient you didn't collect or a bomb went off. Check this screen and it will tell you :)

Did you get the pop up in your personal game/message box or is the promotion something you saw elsewhere. I'm only asking because I don't think everyone has this promo so if you didn't see the pop it might just be that you don't have it.

I sense a little bit of sarcasm in your post, haha. Jelly is real difficult, especially playing against the queen or cupcake Carl. I think they get a lot of special moves as well but then it feels pretty damn good when you finally beat them right!

It could be your mobile/internet connection or maybe your account details for itunes/google etc. Check your account first. Then check the connection, maybe restart your tablet and router. There's nothing wrong with the app from my side so check out some things on your side, see what you can do. Have you tried anything yet?
