I think you're talking about the treasure chest promo. I don't think everyone has this in their game. This is pretty normal from what I've seen, King promotions only get added to a few players games. 

If your game is freezing up all the time then check out whats happening with your phone to cause it. Check if your phone memory is full up, check that you don't have a lot of apps open. King also seem to recommend that you have the latest app and software updates so check this also :)

I know in a lot of king promotions the levels and games can be different for each player so maybe it's the same for this promo. I didn't play it personally to help you out sorry :(

How old is the tablet and what OS do you have? Oh and where did you see its not supported? Let me know and maybe I can help :)

I've seen a few posts about the game not being available there. It's a shame. I have my fingers crossed that they will change it for you in the future! 

The game gets your progress details from either facebook or kingdom, so it has nothing to do with your apple ID. It sounds like the Farm Heroes game is reading the details from Facebook, if you're connected? So try switching accounts here and see if you can log in then :)

I think you need to take it easy with the caps lock Dave. First of, King moderate the site, but they don't answer individual players about every issue.
