I'm guessing you are looking at the old version of the level somewhere. This has now been updated and everyone has 20 moves so there is nothing wrong :)

Once this has happened there is nothing you can do I'm afraid. The game is designed to read the level progress so once its been written over then I don't think you can set it back. Sorry to say it!

I don't think they have names, from what I've seen on the facebook pages etc, its just the colors that they go by.

You will just have to play the level again, I don't think you can expect King to give you 4 moves if your game crashed. Make sure that your computer is running smooth to stop the game crashing again. Clear out your browser cache, close all other running programs when you play, try things like this.
