when i go to the game app it goes to the 99 % and stays there will not open up so i can play the game i have been fighting this for 2 weeks now i can play it on my phone but not on my laptop and my laptop is cureent with everything

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
