I think it's more important to get your game working than to lose a few free boosters though right? It's worth trying an uninstall but before you do, just check your memory on your s5, make sure it's not full up. If your phone is full, then your apps won't be able to run.

If the app is freezing then it's normally down to memory/storage issues. Check how much memory you have available, check your free Ram, close all other apps when playing. These have all worked for me in the past. 

This isn't an issue that King or the community here can help with sorry. If you need to unblock your IP you might need to speak to your internet provider. I can only recommend that you google/bing search it to see what to do :)

They get added to your game the moment you win them so you have already missed the chance to use them by the sound of it. The next time you play, keep this in mind :)

I'm sure the challenge levels change each time the promotion is run. Plus the levels are always different on mobile to how they are on facebook/windows 10 so this could be the reason as well. I wouldn't worry about it too much. 

This has happened to all of us. It could be related to your computer memory, issues with the browser, connection to the servers etc. It's difficult to pinpoint. There's not much you can do other than get back to playing and pass the level again. 

Can you say what happens to the app? You say its not functioning, but is it only this level or all levels, then what happens with it. Does it crash, kick you out, play slowly. Try and let us know :)

First I'm not sure that Blossom is on Kindles yet, I've only ever seen it on iOS and android. Can you explain why Blossom isn't working. I mean, is it loading, does it run slow, whats happening with it?

This is taken from the Candy Soda site: Supported devices: Candy Crush Soda is available on iOS version 6.0 or later on the following models: iPad 2 and later models. It looks like your iPad won't support the newer game updates sorry :(
