I think they only update the levels if they get reports that it's glitched or something like this. If it's just difficult then I'm afraid you're gonna have to knuckle down and try and pass it. Maybe take a little break if it's getting to you. You'll get there though, keep faith!

I didn't even know this existed. Its gonna be pretty difficult to recreate something like that, but maybe someone on here knows something. I'm happy with my 1 star, haha.

That sucks Michele. I see a lot of players on the site that say the same thing. It's happened to me as well and it gets so so frustrating. Now I always clear my browser cache before I play and close all my other programs. It might sound silly but the less risk of the game crashing the better right!?

It can happen Andy, it could be the game, or your computer, your browser, there are so many things involved. It's happened to me a lot so now I just go back to it and pass the level again. Just try to keep your browser cache clear and keep Flash up to date as these 2 things affect the loading of the game. 

It sounds like you were playing whilst connected to Kingdom, then now you're connected to Facebook. If you haven't played on Facebook before then you will be reset to level 1. I don't think its possible to connect to both. The only thing you can do is log out of Facebook and keep playing on Kingdom.

It could be your PC/laptop if its happening on facebook and king.com. Maybe some setting that needs to be changed, I don't think its anything to do with the game though. I've haven't got any issues my end on facebook. I just googled 'screen flickering' and a lot came up so its probably better if you search but with…
