For the issues with your lives, it's probably best you read this thread here: https://care.king.com/en/papa-pear-saga/i-m-not-receiving-my-messages-lives-from-friends I've also seen a lot of threads about the Farm promotion so I'm thinking maybe King took it down from the game. 

Hey Shelly, I've seen some comments on the site (I can't find them now sorry!) saying that there is no compensation for these promotions because it's all free stuff. I guess they have a point because you can play it over and over and keep winning and the prizes are really good I think!

I think a lot of players would be happy with that, haha. I'm not sure what you can do, maybe log out and in again with Facebook or Kingdom, whichever you're connected with. If that doesn't work then just scroll back through the map I guess. 

Did you purchase those lives? If so then contact King here: http://help.king.com/contact If not then I don't think you can get a refund for a free item. Just go back to the challenge and earn some more rewards :)

I don't understand your post Gergana, you say you can't log into to King.com but that you've never played before? What exactly are you trying to do, are you playing on a mobile or tablet. Try and give some more information :)

I didn't even see a collect candies promotion this week! In the past I've seen comments where players have logged out facebook and restarted the app, logged back in again to get the online promotions working. Might be worth a try for this new one... 

To me that sounds like a phone issue to look at. If you can't get the game in the first place then I'm not sure what King can do for you, if that makes sense. Have you checked with google or android support. That's probably a better shout. 

When you transferred your progress using email, what do you mean by this? Were you connected to Kingdom? If you were connected to this feature, then instead of connecting on Facebook on the iPad then connect again to Kingdom in the app and it should show your saved levels.
