I imagine they are trying to work on it, but think about how many players, devices and things are involved. It might even be an issue with facebook right? What have you tried so far, to resolve it I mean. If you let me know maybe I can give you some more tips :)

I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news Ash, but if your format your phone then any lives or boosters that you had saved up will be lost. This is quite a common thing, it was addressed by the moderators here: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/why-did-my-boosters-disappear

I will mention this as it has happened to me before. I've noticed that if you are on a rancid level and you choose an easy option then you get beans taken from your account of course, but it then gets taken each time you play and the same for the animal companions. Maybe this is why your beans are disappearing.

This level is really difficult and for me it took a little while to get the right combinations to start clearing the honeycomb. That was my only strategy. Hopefully you can pick up some tips from the players on youtube:

In the game right now yes, you will need to buy the gold bars. Fingers crossed we get some promotions further down the line that will give us some goodies!
