  • I haven't seen any promotions for free boosters yet so if you need them then you will have to use some gold bars to purchase them. I go a few free boosters when they first unlocked but that's it. Maybe in the future they will add some new promos but the game is pretty new right now.

  • If you are logged in with your levels up to date then you should be able to click to connect on the little orange button next to the facebook connect and this will connect you to the kingdom. Its like King's version of facebook that saves the game. This way you can disconnect from FB :)

  • It could be that you need to update your PC or the game: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/check-for-updates-for-apps-and-games-from-windows-store You can also check that your Ram and memory have enough space.

  • Just to make sure, you're logged into the right FB account? I really can't think what could be stopping it from synchronizing. How about wifi, is connection strong? or maybe try with 3g or something.

  • If you search the make and model of your phone and 'clear cache' then try this. For example on mine I need to press the volume up key and power at the same time. I'm not sure how to do it on an LG though, but try this maybe. Hopefully we can get something to work!

  • If you delete the app then you will lose everything, but I think its more important (if you have an issue and you need to delete the app to get it working again) to get playing again rather than worry about the loss of a few free items no? I mean, you can build them back up again over time. The moderators here have…

  • Hey Sharon, this is a computer issue, it's not the game. I found this for you which hopefully helps. I think you will need to update some things on your computer like the graphics driver or the memory settings. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2665946
