Diny, are you saying that the level design is exactly the same? In my game the levels you have mentioned are completely different. Can you explain the issue you're having?

There are always differences between the games on mobile and facebook. This goes for levels, promotions, design etc. It could be that the new levels are on facebook and haven't been released on mobile yet.

It could be that you have lost your connection. Check in the app settings on the home screen to see that you're still connected to kingdom/facebook and connect again if you need to. This should return your friend list etc.

Clear out your browser cache and reload, maybe even try another browser. There are plenty of tips on the site so have a look around.

You just need to be careful, maybe even get a stylus pen. If you know the pop up is coming then take your time to make sure you don't press the wrong button.

Is your tablet full? Check to see that your RAM and your memory aren't full up as this can affect how well your apps run. Even try a simple restart as this can also help.

Try a simple restart of your phone then check that you have some free memory and ram to allow the app to run properly.
